Win Central One is operated by Win Central Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Myanmar. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Myanmar's applicable data protection practices and international best practices.
1. What Data We Collect
When you register or use Win Central One, we collect:
- Account data: Full name, email address, phone number, company name, country.
- Business data: Invoices, purchase orders, contacts, inventory records, payroll data that you enter into the platform.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, login times, device type, browser, IP address.
- Payment data: Billing information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers).
- Integration data: Data synced from third-party tools you connect (e.g. Zoho Books, Shopify).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate, and improve the Win Central One platform.
- Send account notifications, invoices, and product updates.
- Provide customer support.
- Analyse platform usage to improve features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement:
- Row-Level Security (RLS) — your data is isolated from other tenants at the database level.
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
- Regular automated backups.
- Role-based access controls — staff access only what their role permits.
4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Win Central One is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each company account (tenant) is fully isolated — your data is never visible to other tenants. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level, not just the application layer.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN).
- Integration partners: Only when you explicitly connect a service (e.g. Zoho, Shopify).
- Legal authorities: When required by Myanmar law or a valid court order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account:
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation (recovery window).
- After 90 days, all personal and business data is permanently deleted.
- You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and data.
- Export your business data in CSV/Excel format.
- Restrict processing of your data.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect platform functionality.
9. Children's Privacy
Win Central One is a business platform intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
