Terms of Service

1. About Win Central One

Win Central One ("the Platform") is a cloud-based ERP software service operated by Win Central Co., Ltd., Yangon, Myanmar. The Platform provides modules including Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR & Payroll, and more.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your company to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Each company account (tenant) is separate and isolated from others.

4. Beta Period

Win Central One is currently in Free Beta. During the beta period:

• The platform is provided free of charge.
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
• We may experience downtime or bugs — we appreciate your patience and feedback.
• Beta users will receive advance notice before paid plans are introduced and will be eligible for early-bird pricing.
• We reserve the right to end the beta period and transition to paid plans at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Myanmar law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use automated scraping or bots to extract platform data at scale.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

6. Your Data

You own all business data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any ownership over your invoices, contacts, products, or financial records. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Intellectual Property

Win Central One, its branding, design, code, and features are the intellectual property of Win Central Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Uptime & Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, during the beta period, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Myanmar law, Win Central Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business data.
• Damages resulting from your reliance on platform data for financial decisions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or MMK 0 during the free beta period).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to harm the platform or other users.

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yangon, Myanmar.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
